Product Authenticity and Condition

Bunboo employs Entrupy artificial intelligence authentication technology combined with expert manual inspection to ensure 100% authenticity. Entrupy verification applies exclusively to handbags (excluding apparel, footwear, or accessories).

Every order undergoes a final inspection and secure packaging process prior to dispatch, ensuring that all items meet Bunboo’s presentation and condition standards. This process safeguards each product for safe delivery and guarantees that it arrives consistent with its online description.

For handbags priced over £1,000, a physical Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity will be included within the packaging.

For handbags priced below £1,000, customers may request a digital Entrupy certificate within three (3) calendar days of receipt by contacting info@bunboo.com using the same account and email address used for purchase.

Requests submitted beyond this period may be considered at Bunboo’s discretion, subject to ownership verification and product status.

Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 3–4 business days following payment confirmation.

This includes final inspection, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing tracking information.

Please note: Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or peak sales periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping and Delivery

Deliveries are handled by reliable couriers such as Royal Mail and DHL Express.

● United Kingdom: 2-5 business days after dispatch

● International: 7-14 business days, depending on customs and local courier services

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs inspections, or courier delays.

In-Store Collection

Customers may collect their online orders in person from our London boutique located at 18 Woodstock St, London W1C 2AL, United Kingdom.
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a “Ready for Collection” email confirmation. Please present your order confirmation email and a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of collection.

For security reasons, orders can only be released to the purchaser whose name appears on the order.
Bunboo does not accept third-party or representative collection under any circumstances.
If proper identification cannot be provided, Bunboo reserves the right to withhold the order until verification is complete.

Please note that in-store collection is currently available for UK-based orders only.
All orders must be collected within seven (7) calendar days of the pickup notification. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and refunded at Bunboo’s discretion.

Shipping Insurance and Liability

Bunboo takes the utmost care to ensure that every order is packaged and delivered safely.

All shipments are handled using tracked and signed-for services.

For items valued above £300, Bunboo ships via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm or DHL Express, both of which include full insurance coverage against loss or damage in transit.

The declared insured value will reflect the retail price of the item to ensure adequate protection.

Customers are encouraged to retain shipping documentation, including tracking receipts and proof of delivery, until the order is received.

In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, Bunboo will assist in submitting an insurance claim to the courier.

Please note that compensation is subject to the courier’s policy, and Bunboo cannot guarantee reimbursement beyond the carrier’s approved limit.

Once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier, Bunboo assumes no further liability for loss, theft, or damage thereafter.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate, as Bunboo is not responsible for failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package appears missing, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Bunboo’s support team will provide assistance with documentation where necessary.

Returns and Refunds

All online orders are eligible for return within [3] calendar days of receipt, provided that:

● The item remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

● All tags and packaging are intact.

● Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Returns must be pre-approved via email at info@bunboo.com before being sent back. Once approved, items must be shipped back to Bunboo’s warehouse within seven [7] business days.

All returned items will undergo inspection. Refunds are only issued after verification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If Bunboo arranges the return, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed within [14] business days after inspection approval.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Consignment Seller Payouts

For consignors selling through Bunboo, payouts are released after the buyer’s 7-day return period has expired.

Bunboo processes payments within [10] business days following this period, ensuring all transactions are verified and final.

All payments are made via bank transfer to the account registered with Bunboo.

Customs and Import Duties

At this time, Bunboo primarily ships within the United Kingdom.

For limited international orders, delivery options and costs may vary depending on the destination, item category, and courier availability.

All international shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.

These fees are not included in the listed product price or standard shipping cost.
