At Bunboo, we value transparency and want our customers to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing through Bunboo, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

 

In-Store Purchases

All items purchased at Bunboo physical stores, including our London boutique located at 18 Woodstock St, London W1C 2AL, United Kingdom, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We kindly ask customers to carefully inspect their items at the time of purchase to ensure full satisfaction with the product’s condition and description.

 

Online Purchases

For online orders, whether of new or pre-owned (consigned) items, customers must request a return via email within [14] calendar days of receiving their item. Once the request is approved, the item must be returned to Bunboo’s designated warehouse at 18 Woodstock St, London W1C 2AL, United Kingdom within [7] business days.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@bunboo.com with their order number and item details. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. If Bunboo arranges the return shipping on behalf of the customer, the applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
All returned items are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be issued if the item passes Bunboo’s quality and authenticity check.


Damages and Issues

We ask all customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong product has been received, please contact us immediately at info@bunboo.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items are strictly non-returnable. All in-store purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. In addition, gift cards and items purchased during sale or promotional events are also non-returnable.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [14] business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time after approval, please contact us at info@bunboo.com.

 

If you proceed with your purchase, it will be deemed as your acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
