Bunboo London is a UK-based luxury pre-owned marketplace, backed by over 18 years of expertise in the luxury trade industry.

Since 2007, we have been serving global clients and boutique partners with authenticated designer handbags, accessories, and apparel from renowned brands such as Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Rolex, Christian Dior.

Combining AI authentication technology with expert curation, Bunboo ensures every piece is genuine, refined, and beautifully presented.

Are all items sold on Bunboo authentic?

Yes. All luxury goods sold through Bunboo undergo authentication before listing,
using Entrupy AI technology combined with expert manual verification by our
in-house team. Only items passing inspection are permitted for sale.

Are all items on Bunboo pre-owned or new?

Bunboo offers both pre-owned and brand-new luxury items. Each listing clearly states the item’s condition in its description and photos.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All payments are processed securely in British Pounds (GBP) through our trusted partners.

Prices shown are final, with shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Please note that all pre-owned items are sold under the UK VAT Margin Scheme, meaning VAT is not itemised or reclaimable on invoices.

Can I cancel my order after purchase?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact info@bunboo.com as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order without creating an account, but we recommend signing up to track your purchases and enjoy a smoother shopping experience.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We kindly request that customers verify all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bunboo.com, and our team will do our best to assist.

However, once your parcel has been prepared or shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please note that Bunboo is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Do you deliver internationally?

Bunboo primarily ships within the United Kingdom.

For selected international destinations, delivery options and rates may vary depending on the item and courier availability.

Please contact us at info@bunboo.com before placing your order to confirm delivery eligibility and estimated shipping costs.

Kindly note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by local authorities.

Can I Collect an Online Order In Store?

Yes, you can collect your online order from our London boutique at 18 Woodstock St, W1C 2AL.

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting.

For security reasons, we only release orders to the purchaser in person - collections by friends, family, or couriers are not permitted.

In-store collection is currently available for UK-based orders only.

If you have exceptional circumstances and require alternative arrangements, please contact us in advance at info@bunboo.com, and our team will be happy to assist where possible.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Once dispatched from our London boutique, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days within the United Kingdom
  • 7–14 business days for international destinations

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Can I return my order?

You may request a return within 3 calendar days of receiving your item, provided that the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, please email info@bunboo.com with the subject line format: “RETURN REQUEST – [Your Full Name / Order ID]” to ensure your request is processed promptly.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to return my order?

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to our London boutique.

All returns must be shipped within 7 business days after approval.

To initiate a return, please email info@bunboo.com with your order number and item details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If Bunboo arranges the return on your behalf, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Are all items eligible for return?

Certain categories are strictly non-returnable, including in-store purchases, sale items, promotional products, and gift cards.

Please check the item description before placing your order.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for return shipping fee. If Bunboo handles the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has passed our quality and authenticity inspection.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date your return is received for the refund to appear in your account.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?

At this time, Bunboo does not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order once your refund has been processed.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We kindly ask customers to inspect their order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@bunboo.com.

In your email, include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Consignment questions

What items can I consign with Bunboo?

Bunboo accepts authentic luxury items from globally recognised designer brands, including Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Gucci, Prada, Celine, Balenciaga, Rolex, Cartier, and more.

We welcome handbags, small leather goods, accessories, apparel, footwear, and selected fine jewellery or watches, provided they are in excellent or good pre-owned condition with original packaging or proof of authenticity when available.

Each submission is carefully reviewed by our curation and authentication team to ensure that it meets Bunboo’s quality and brand standards.

How do I start the consignment process?

Our consignment process is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring your item’s journey from submission to sale is handled with care.

1. Submit Inquiry
Start by submitting your item details and clear photos via our Consignment Portal or email info@bunboo.com.
Our curation team will review your submission and send an initial quotation within 48 hours.

2. Ship Product
Once you confirm the quotation, ship your item to our London boutique (18 Woodstock Street, W1C 2AL) within 7 business days, including proof of tracking.
If arranged by Bunboo, shipping fees will be deducted from your payout.

3. Verify and List
Your item will undergo dual authentication - AI verification through Entrupy and expert inspection by Bunboo’s in-house specialists.
Once approved, it will be listed across Bunboo’s website and partner sales channels within 3-5 business days.

4. Receive Payment
After your item is sold and the 3-day buyer return period has passed, payouts are issued within 7 business days via bank transfer, accompanied by an electronic invoice.

What commission does Bunboo charge?

Bunboo maintains a bespoke commission structure tailored to each consignor’s profile and item category.
New consignors enjoy preferential introductory terms, while returning partners benefit from personalised loyalty rates.
Final commission details are confirmed individually prior to listing.

When will I receive my payout after the item sells?

Payments are issued within 7 business days after the buyer’s return period has passed.
All payouts are made in GBP via bank transfer, and an electronic invoice will be issued within one (1) business day after payment.

What fees are deducted from my payout?

Your payout reflects the net proceeds after the following deductions:

  • Commission (inclusive of 20% VAT);
  • Platform transaction fees; and
  • Shipping or handling costs, if arranged by Bunboo.

All deductions are itemised in your final payout statement.

How does Bunboo authenticate my item?

Each item undergoes a two-stage verification process:

  1. Entrupy AI authentication technology; and
  2. Bunboo’s internal expert evaluation, which assesses brand details, craftsmanship, and materials.

This dual-authentication ensures accuracy and trust. Authentication results are final and non-appealable.

How long will my item stay listed?

The standard consignment period is 180 days from the date your item is first listed for sale.

During this time, Bunboo holds exclusive rights to display and market the item on its platform and affiliated sales channels.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell after 180 days?

When the 180-day consignment period ends, Bunboo will contact you to decide whether to:
a. Extend the consignment term;
b. Adjust the price
; or
c. Arrange a return of your item.

If you do not respond within 3 business days, Bunboo may proceed at its discretion - continuing the listing, adjusting the price, or returning the item.

Can I withdraw my item during the consignment period?

Once the consignment agreement is signed, items cannot be withdrawn or recalled during the 180-day term, except under exceptional circumstances and with Bunboo’s written approval.

Approved withdrawals are subject to administrative fees of £50 (non-Hermès) or £200 (Hermès) per item.

Are my items insured while in Bunboo’s care?

Yes. All authenticated items stored at Bunboo’s London boutique are insured up to their appraised resale value throughout the consignment period.
Bunboo, however, is not responsible for loss or delay caused by third-party couriers or force majeure events.

Does Bunboo accept international consignments?

Currently, Bunboo primarily accepts UK-based consignments.
International submissions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional verification and shipping requirements.

Authentication Questions

Which products offer Entrupy AI authentication?

All handbags consigned with Bunboo are verified through Entrupy’s AI technology and checked again by our in-house experts.

Other categories such as shoes, accessories, and jewellery are authenticated by our expert team using brand-specific standards and quality checks.

Who can apply for an Entrupy certificate?

Entrupy certificates are available only to consignors whose handbags have passed Bunboo’s AI and expert authentication.

If you’d like to request a certificate, please contact us within 3–5 business days after verification.

We’re unable to issue certificates for items that were not authenticated through Bunboo or purchased elsewhere.

Do you offer standalone luxury goods authentication services? What are the associated fees?

Yes. Bunboo offers standalone authentication services for luxury handbags and accessories - including pieces not purchased from us.

Each item is verified through our Entrupy AI system and in-house expert inspection to ensure accuracy.

Fees:

  • £50 per non-Hermès item
  • £200 per Hermès item
